Planning Commission Hearing: The Brea Planning Commission will consider the Brea 2050 project at their meeting on Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Brea City Council Chambers. Click here to view the Planning Commission Agenda.
General Plan: The General Plan includes Goals, Policies, and Actions to guide growth, development, resource conservation, and policy direction for Brea for the next 20 years.
Brea Core Specific Plan: While the General Plan governs and guides growth and development for all of Brea, the Brea Core Specific Plan focuses on the Core and implements land use regulations and other recommendations specific to that area.
Draft EIR: The Draft EIR includes an analysis of the potential environmental effects of adoption and implementation of the Draft General Plan and BCSP, as required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
