What’s New
The Draft General Plan, Working Draft Brea Core Specific Plan, and the Draft PEIR are now available for Public Review and Comment. All files can be accessed here.
Open House: The City will host an Open House on Thursday March 12, 2026 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Brea Civic Center, Community Rooms A and B.
General Plan: The General Plan includes Goals, Policies, and Actions to guide growth, development, resource conservation, and policy direction for Brea for the next 20 years.
Brea Core Specific Plan: While the General Plan governs and guides growth and development for all of Brea, the Brea Core Specific Plan focuses on the Core and implements land use regulations and other recommendations specific to that area.
Draft EIR: The Draft EIR includes an analysis of the potential environmental effects of adoption and implementation of the Draft General Plan and BCSP, as required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
