What’s New
The City held a Scoping Meeting on September 4, 2025 to present the project and the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) process, and to provide an opportunity for the public to assist the City in determining the scope and content of the PEIR.
The Public Comment Period for the Notice of Preparation will end at 5 p.m. on September 24, 2025. All public comments must be submitted prior to the deadline. See the NOP for more details on how to submit public comment:
